Telangana TS Inter Results 2026 : The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) has announced that the results for both 1st and 2nd year Intermediate examinations will be released on April 12 (Sunday).Students who were hoping for results today may need to wait one more day.
Students Appearing This Year
Around 9,97,075 students appeared for the exams this year — including 4,89,126 First Year students and 5,07,949 Second Year students — making it one of the biggest batches in recent years.

Exam & Evaluation Timeline
The First Year exams were held from February 25 to March 17, 2026, and the Second Year exams took place from February 26 to March 18, 2026. Checking of answer sheets began on March 4 and is now in the final stage.
Why Was There a Delay?
According to officials, the results were finalized on April 9 and are currently awaiting approval from Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. Reports also indicate that discussions are ongoing regarding students who narrowly missed passing by 2–3 marks, and a decision is being considered on whether such students should be declared pass — which has contributed to the delay.

Students will need to enter their hall ticket number and other login details to access their scorecard. The board will also announce the overall pass percentage, toppers list, and stream-wise statistics.
Passing Criteria
Students must obtain a minimum of 35% marks in each subject to pass, and a minimum total of 350 out of 1000 marks overall.

As per last year’s statistics, the overall pass percentage for 2nd Year exams was 71.37%, and for 1st Year it was 66.89%.
