CBSE Result 2026 Activate DigiLocker Now : DigiLocker has issued a notification indicating that the CBSE Class 10th result 2026 will be declared shortly, likely before April end. DigiLocker is urging students: “Don’t wait till result day — set up your DigiLocker account now and stay ready.”
Two Types of Students — Which One Are You?
If you have an APAAR ID linked to CBSE: No action is needed for activation. Your marksheet will automatically appear in the “Issued Documents” section of your existing DigiLocker account once the results are published.

If you do NOT have an APAAR ID: Students should activate their DigiLocker accounts using the Security PIN provided by their school. This ensures that the marksheet is automatically available once released.
Steps to Activate DigiLocker (Without APAAR ID)
- Visit the CBSE DigiLocker Activation Portal
- Click on “Get Started with Account Confirmation”
- Select your class (Class X or Class XII)
- Enter your School Code, Roll Number, and the 6-digit Security PIN (provided by your school)
- Enter your mobile number — you will receive an OTP
- Enter the OTP and submit — your account is now activated!
Tip: If your school gave a 5-digit code, prefix it with a zero “0”.

How to Generate APAAR ID (If You Don’t Have One)
Once you are logged into DigiLocker, click on APAAR ID, enter your 10th Class Exam Roll Number as ID Input, select Roll Number, and generate. You will receive an OTP for verification. Enter the OTP to complete the process. In most cases, schools are responsible for generating APAAR ID, so students should not delay contacting them.
What Documents Will You Get?
Once results are announced, log in to the DigiLocker app or website and go to the “Issued Documents” section. Your Class X or XII marksheet/certificate will be automatically visible there. You can view, download as a PDF, or share them directly with colleges. Documents available include: a digital marksheet with subject-wise scores, and a passing certificate confirming successful completion of the board.
Are These Documents Valid?
Yes! Most universities and even visa-granting bodies now accept DigiLocker-verified documents because they are directly issued by the board and cannot be forged.
