Application Fee
- Haryana Resident Males (General Category / ESM Candidate): ₹500/- (50% of the standard ₹1,000/- rate if PPN/Aadhaar is provided).
- Female Applicants (All Categories – General & Reserved): ₹250/- (25% of the standard rate if PPN/Aadhaar is provided).
- SC / BC-A / BC-B / EWS / PwBD Residents of Haryana: ₹250/-
- Non-Residents of Haryana (Males): ₹500/- (if Aadhaar is provided) or ₹1,000/- (if Aadhaar is not provided).
- Payment Mode: Fees must be paid completely online through the integrated payment gateway using a Debit/Credit card, Net Banking, or UPI. Fees once paid are Non-Refundable under any circumstances.

- Minimum Age : 18 Years
- Maximum Age : 42 Years
- Age Relaxation: Upper Age Relaxation up to a Maximum of 52 years is Admissible for SC, BC, PwBD, widows, and Unmarried women as per specific state instructions.

HSSC CET Group-D : Selection Process
- Total Evaluation Weightage: 100% based on CET marks.
- Mode of Test: Offline OMR-Based Written Exam.
- Question Paper Standard: Bilingual (English & Hindi) Matching the Matriculation Level.
- Total Questions & Marks: 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) for 100 total marks.
- Negative Marking : No Negative Marking for wrong Answers
- Duration of Exam: 1 Hour and 45 Minutes.
- Minimum Qualifying Score: General category Candidates must score at least 50%, while Reserved Category Candidates Require a Minimum of 40%.
How to Online Apply For HSSC CET Group-D Job 2026
- Application Process for HSSC CET 05/2026 will commence on 19/06/2026 and remain open until 03/07/2026; all candidates are advised to apply within this period.
- Go to IMPORTANT LINKS and click on Login, followed by Apply Online.
- OTR Portal Login: Login to Exclusive One-Time Registration portal at Onetimeregn.haryana.gov.in.
- Registration Mapping: New users will enter their basic information to generate their unique Reference ID. If you are Already Registered for CET Advt. Nope. You will have to log in with your current CET Registration Number 1/2022 or 1/2025.
- PPN / Aadhaar Validation: Candidates are advised to check their profile details through Parivar Pehchan Number (Family ID) or Aadhaar. It automatically fills and validates data fields like residence, caste, income and age. Different IDs will cause much more tighter phases of physical scrutiny.
- Upload Clear Photograph & Signature: Scan and upload the latest coloured photograph taken on a plain white background. Critically, the photo asset must show the name of the candidate and the precise date the photo was taken. Please upload a clean signature.
- Required Documents & Undertaking:Upload clear scanned image of Matriculation certificate and category/reservation certificates. Also upload a filled-in copy of the Self-Declaration Undertaking (Annexure-VIII) regarding the correctness of form and that you have not submitted multiple registration.
- Fee Submission & Print: Submit your Application fee and download the final System Generated Printout for your Reference.

Q1: Can I make changes to my unchangeable primary profile fields if I make a mistake?
No.
Q2: What happens if I accidentally smudge or use whitener on my OMR sheet during the exam?
Candidates need to be very sensitive in taking care of their OMR sheets. If a candidate scratches, erases or applies white fluid/whitener on any bubble option on the sheet, the scanning machines will be able to detect it and the entire OMR sheet and candidature will get instantly cancelled. No manual assessment is available.
Q3: Are out-of-state candidates eligible to claim category reservation benefits?
No. Benefit of reservation rules under EWS, SC, BC-A, BC-B and PwBD category is available only to the bonafide resident of Haryana State. Candidates applying from other states/UTs will be considered strictly under Unreserved/General category.
