- Deputy Director (Medical): Max. 35 Years.
- Stenographer: Between 18 to 27 Years.
- Junior Programmer, Junior Accountant, and Junior Assistant: Below Max. 27 Years.
- Age Relaxations:
- SC / ST Candidates: 5 Years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates: 3 Years
- PwBD (Unreserved Pool): 10 Years (13 years for OBC and 15 years for SC/ST)
- Ex-Servicemen (Group C): 3 years after deducting the actual length of military service from the absolute Age.

Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Exam Structure: An Online Objective test containing 200 Total Questions for a Maximum of 200 Marks.
- Time Duration: 180 Minutes.
- Negative Marking: A penalty Deduction of 0.25 marks Applies for every incorrect Answer.
- Syllabus Sections: General Intelligence & Reasoning (50 Qs), General Awareness (50 Qs), Quantitative Aptitude (50 Qs), and English Comprehension (50 Qs).
- Minimum Qualifying Pass Cut-off: 50% marks for UR/OBC/EWS Candidates and 40% for SC/ST/PwBD/ESM candidates.
Computer Knowledge & Skill Test
- Candidates will be shortlisted in a 1:5 ratio per category based on Stage-I CBT scores.
- Test is evaluated out of 100 marks for a duration of 75 minutes to assess professional technical skills like Data Entry, Word Processing and Stenography. Minimum passing targets mirror Stage-I cut off.
