• For 10+2 Entry Candidates:

• Maximum Age : 01 July 2010
• For Diploma / B.Pharma / B.Sc Pharmacy Entry Candidates:

Air Force Airmen : Mandatory Medical Standards

• Height: Minimum Acceptable Height is 152 Cms.
• Chest Wall: Well-Proportioned. Minimum Circumference Must be 77 cm with a Mandatory Expansion Capability of at Least 05 cm.
• Visual Acuity: 6/36 in Each Eye, Correctable to 6/6 in Each Eye. Refractive Error limit must not Exceed ±3.50 D. Candidates with a History of LASIK/PRK Surgery are Not Eligible.
• General Health: Must have Healthy Gums and a Minimum of 14 Dental Points. Rejection Criteria Apply to Permanent Body Tattoos, History of Gender Reassignment Surgery, or any Active/Latent Physical or Skin Ailments.

Air Force Airmen Recruitment 2026 : Selection Process

• Phase-I: Online Written Test: A CBT Test of 45 minutes Duration, Conducted Bilingually. It Comprises English and Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA). Marking: +1 for Correct Answers and a Penalty of 0.25 Marks for Every Wrong Answer. Normalisation Scores Apply Across Sessions.
• Phase-II: Physical Fitness & Adaptability: Shortlisted Candidates will Report to an Airmen Selection Centre for a Strict Verification of Original Documents. Followed by:- PFT-1: A 1.6 Km Run to be Completed Within 7 Minute or 7 Minutes 30 Seconds, PFT-2: 10 Push-Ups (1 min), 10 Sit-ups (1 min), and 20 Squats (1 min) after a brief break.
• Phase-III: Medical Examination: Standard Clinical Screening including Blood Hemograms, Urine Analysis, Biochemistry Profiles, Chest X-Ray and ECGs.

Indian Air Force Airmen : Salary Details

• Stipend During Training: ₹14,600/- Per Month.
• Starting Gross Pay Post-Training: Minimum Initial Emoluments Start at ₹26,900/- Per Month, Plus Applicable Dearness Allowance.
• Admissible Allowances: Transport Allowance, HRA, Children Education Allowance, LRA and Composite Personal Maintenance Allowance.
• Perks & Insurance: 60 Days Annual and 30 Days Casual leave per Calendar year. Includes full Medical Facilities, Accommodation and CSD Canteen Access. Candidates are Covered Under a Group Insurance Cover of ₹62.5 Lakhs at a Monthly Premium of ₹3,200/-.
