Pay Scale

  • Scale-II: ₹64,820 – ₹93,960
  • Scale-III: ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280
  • Scale-IV: ₹1,02,300 – ₹1,20,940
  • Mandatory Service Bond: Selected candidates must execute a mandatory service bond to serve the bank for a minimum of 3 years or pay a breach compensation amount of ₹5.00 Lakhs.
  • CIBIL Score Check: Since this is a core credit department role, candidates must have a clean credit history with a minimum CIBIL score of 680 or above at the time of joining.
  • Application Scrutiny & Preliminary Shortlisting : Based on eligibility parameters and experience depth.
  • Online Written Test : A 150-minute exam featuring 150 questions (Total 225 Marks) covering Reasoning (25), English (25), Quantitative Aptitude (25), and Professional Knowledge (75 questions/150 marks). There is no negative marking.
  • Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI) : The interview has a minimum qualifying cutoff of 60% for General and 55% for reserved categories.
