Haryana Contractual Employee Job Security Portal 2025-26 Short Information

• हरियाणा सरकार के मानव संसाधन विभाग (HRD) ने राज्य के संविदा कर्मचारियों के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल करते हुए Job Security Portal 2025–26 लॉन्च किया है। यह पोर्टल Haryana Contractual Employees (Security of Service) Rules, 2025 के अंतर्गत सेवा सुरक्षा से जुड़े मामलों को ऑनलाइन जमा करने, सत्यापन और निपटान के लिए विकसित किया गया है। इस पहल का मुख्य उद्देश्य प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता, एकरूपता और समयबद्ध निर्णय सुनिश्चित करना है।
• नोटिस के अनुसार, Haryana Contractual Employees (Security of Service) Act, 2024 के तहत बनाए गए नियम पहले ही अधिसूचित किए जा चुके हैं। इन्हीं नियमों के आधार पर यह समर्पित ऑनलाइन पोर्टल शुरू किया गया है, जिसके माध्यम से संविदा कर्मचारी अपनी सेवा सुरक्षा से संबंधित आवेदन डिजिटल रूप से प्रस्तुत कर सकेंगे।
• सरकार ने स्पष्ट किया है कि सेवा सुरक्षा से जुड़े सभी मामले केवल ऑनलाइन माध्यम से ही निपटाए जाएंगे। किसी भी प्रकार का भौतिक आवेदन या आदेश मान्य नहीं होगा। यदि पूर्व में किसी विभाग द्वारा भौतिक आदेश जारी किए गए हैं, तो उन्हें अप्रभावी माना जाएगा और संबंधित मामलों को पोर्टल के माध्यम से दोबारा प्रोसेस करना अनिवार्य होगा।
• इस प्रक्रिया के तहत संविदा कर्मचारियों को पहले पोर्टल पर पंजीकरण कर आवश्यक दस्तावेज अपलोड करने होंगे। इसके बाद संबंधित Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO) द्वारा सेवा रिकॉर्ड और दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन किया जाएगा। पात्र कर्मचारियों के लिए वित्त विभाग द्वारा सुपरन्यूमेरेरी पद सृजित किए जाएंगे और अंत में विभागाध्यक्ष द्वारा सेवा सुरक्षा का आदेश जारी किया जाएगा।
• सरकार ने सभी प्रशासनिक सचिवों, विभागाध्यक्षों, बोर्डों, निगमों और उपायुक्तों को निर्देश दिए हैं कि वे इस व्यवस्था का सख्ती से पालन सुनिश्चित करें और निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर सभी मामलों का निपटान करें।
• यह पोर्टल हरियाणा के हजारों संविदा कर्मचारियों के लिए बेहद महत्वपूर्ण है, क्योंकि इससे उन्हें Service Security से जुड़ा एक स्पष्ट, पारदर्शी और डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म मिलेगा, जिससे अनावश्यक देरी और भ्रम की स्थिति समाप्त होगी।
