Candidates who have passed or are appearing for their Class 12 examinations with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects are eligible to apply online through the official NEET portal. NEET is a single national-level medical entrance examination recognized by both government and private medical colleges, including AIIMS and JIPMER. The application process involves registration, form filling, document uploading, and fee payment. Applicants must fill in all the information carefully, as incorrect information may lead to the cancellation of the application. After successfully submitting the application, candidates should save a printout of the confirmation page for future use, such as downloading the admit card, availing correction opportunities, and participating in the counseling process.

How to Apply for NEET UG 2026

• Go to the official NTA NEET website.
• Click on “NEET UG 2026 Registration / New Candidate Register Here”.
• Read the instructions carefully and tick the declaration checkbox.
• Enter basic details – Candidate Name, Mother/Father Name, DOB, Gender, Nationality and Category.
• Provide valid mobile number and email ID (OTP verification required).
• Create password and security question → submit registration.
• Login using Application Number & Password.
• Fill academic details (Class 10 & 12 marks, passing year, board).
• Enter complete address and choose exam city preference.
• Upload scanned documents:- Passport size photo, Signature, Thumb impression
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Preview the application form carefully.
• Pay application fee using Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
• After payment, download Confirmation Page PDF.
• Take printout and keep it safe for admit card & counselling.
