Q2: What are the strict rules for using scribes (Srutlekha) for disabled candidates?
Candidates with visual/physical disability and who are totally incapacitated and cannot write or mark the OMR sheet can bring their own scribe. But you have to get the written permission. Nope. OMR sheets are processed and cross checked with the help of highly accurate computerized electronic scanning systems. The commission has made it clear that no applications for rechecking, recalculation of marks or even formal revaluation of the OMR sheets would be entertained under any circumstances and all communications in this regard would be discarded.
