Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has Released the Principal & Vice Principal Recruitment 2026 Notification (Special Advt No. 51/2026) for 828 Vacancies Under Department of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi.Recruitment is for 124 posts of Principal and 704 Posts of Vice Principal.Eligible Candidates Can Apply Online Through the UPSC Online Recruitment Application (ORA) From 25/07/2026 to 14/08/2026. Selection Will be Through Direct Recruitment by Selection Which may Include Shortlisting and Interview as per UPSC Rules.The Candidates are Required to go Through the Details of Educational Qualification, Experience, Age Limit,Salary and Other Eligibility Conditions Before Applying Online.
Payment Method: Fees Must be paid Online via an Integrated Digital Payment Gateway Using a Debit card, Credit card or UPI.

Master’s Degree and a Bachelor of Education from a Recognized University or Institute.
10 Years of Teaching Experience as a Vice Principal, Post Graduate Teacher or Trained Graduate Teacher in a Recognized High School, Higher Secondary School, Senior Secondary School or Intermediate College.
