Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), operating under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, has officially released the Head Constable Recruitment 2026 notification in the Employment News dated 21–27 March 2026. A total of 233 Group-C vacancies are announced across four technical trades: Communication (197 posts), Electrician (29 posts), Veterinary (5 posts), and Steward (2 posts).
